Introducing the Silver Mushroom Collections, designed to help you to find more of what you love, in one place. Each collection tells its own story, from that of a dreamy bedspread sanctuary, or an inviting dinner table. Whether matched together by their farmhouse style, or their gorgeous reclaimed wood material, each has been carefully chosen to curate a range of products that beautifully complement each other.
Almost all of our collections were named after quaint towns and cities in the UK, taking cues from their landscapes and buildings.
What Inspired our Collections
If you’ve been here for a little while, you’ll know that we recently ‘moved into a new home’ with our new Silver Mushroom website. Prior to getting here, we found that it was a little difficult to navigate around our website for two main reasons.
Firstly, although all our products have always been high quality pieces, they were influenced by a variety of mis-matched styles, with a lack of direction. So the first step was to streamline our product selection, with ‘The New Silver Mushroom’ style in mind. Defined by character, soul, texture, and above all, timelessness, our new product range fits somewhere within traditional farmhouse with modern charm, and country style. But that doesn’t mean we shy away from inspiration, our product range is sprinkled with hints of coastal allure and subtle industrial elements.
So, our product range became more curated. What next? Well of course under farmhouse style lies traditional, modern, french and plenty more interpretations. Under each of these interpretations also lies the all important aspect of styling each individual room, from farmhouse kitchen to a country cottage dining room. Without the luxury of being able to peruse through a shop, picking bits up, holding them up together, it can be tough to see what matches well. And thus, we created product collections, to give you that piece of mind that what you’re ordering will fit your home style, and fit together. We wanted to give our customers a smoother experience when browsing our website - styling your home is supposed to be something wonderful, not gruelling.
